Return Policy

Return Policy:  
All Primrose Jewely is offered at significantly reduced prices as part of our atelier sale. Therefore, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on discounted items.

For hygienic reasons and due to the sensitivity of jewelry, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, opened, or otherwise touched beyond the initial inspection.


Damaged or defective items:  
Should your jewelry arrive damaged or defective, we will take care of it. Contact us at hello@primrosejewelry.com with a photo of the defect, and we will send you a free replacement.


Received the wrong item?  
If you received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@primrosejewelry.com. We will immediately arrange for the correct item to be sent to you free of charge.


Order cancellation:  
You have 30 minutes after placing your order to cancel it. After this period, your order will already be in our processing workflow and can no longer be cancelled. To cancel your order, please send an email to hello@primrosejewelry.com within the first 30 minutes  .
